Log into your CLN account, navigate to your order history, and select the items you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack Your Items
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email and drop the package off at any authorized courier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
